Stock your freezer with bulk pork cut the way you like it! Once the down payment is made, Isaac will set an appointment to go over your cut/sausage/bacon options over the phone. Once the order is placed expect at least a 3 week lead time before meat is ready. Any smoked product may take longer and will increase processing fees. Oftentimes, we make alternate arrangements to get the smoked product to you. We will deliver your finished product directly to your freezer (as long as you are within our delivery range). Please ensure you have sufficient cold storage space prior to delivery!
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR OVERSTOCK IN AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER
$3.75 per lb plus processing fees. In most cases a half hog will yield between 80 and 120 lbs of pork.
DOWN PAYMENT: $250
Grand Total will likely run between $450 and $700. PLEASE REQUEST A SIZE RANGE AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE.
$3.50 per lb plus processing fees. In most cases a whole hog will yield between 160 and 240 lbs of pork.
DOWN PAYMENT: $250

BULK CUSTOM CUT QUARTER/HALF BEEF
Custom Cut Angus Beef There are some limitations as to available cuts on quarters, as our requests can only made to Chaudhry Halal Meats by the half. Typically we can have your beef ready within about 6 weeks of purchase. Once you have made your down payment, Isaac will contact you to set up a call to go over cut requests.
Typically a quarter of finished weight comes out to 110 to 170 lbs of beef. $6.50 per LB. Processing fees are usually around $250 for a quarter.
Beef is wet aged for 14-18 days, cut to your specifications, cryo sealed and frozen. Delivery within 20 miles of farm is included. Farm pickup is an option as well. Remainder of owed payment is paid by cash or check please.
