Our CSA Program is the foundation of the Oliver family farm, allowing a direct outlet for our products to Triad families. A CSA is like a subscription to the farm – your family buys a share in the harvest and receives a bounty of weekly farm-fresh goods in exchange. The weekly shares reflect the variety of produce in the field ready for harvest: the boxes will evolve with the season and contain a generous assortment of seasonal standards with specialty items mixed in at our discretion. You will get more than your money’s worth! Please note some fruits and occasional veggies from other SC/NC/VA farms are included to fill gaps in production, these are sourced as sustainably as possible. All items grown at Harmony Ridge are grown to organic standards, although not certified as such. All shares include one dozen weekly fresh, free-range HRF eggs, unless requested otherwise. Meat selections include our heritage pork, Randleman Farms Angus beef and Joyce Farms chicken.

The program will run 8 weeks starting October 8 th.

Expected crops include but are not limited to...assorted apples, pears, Japanese persimmons, hard squashes, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, eggplants, snap beans, Asian greens, lettuces, spring mix, arugula, fennel, garlic, onions, assorted radishes, turnips, assorted beets, assorted carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, kales, collards, cabbage, rainbow chard, assorted potatoes, fingerlings and sweet potatoes. Meats include our heritage pork, Randleman Farms Angus beef and Joyce Farms chicken products. All programs include eggs (unless you request not to receive). Boxes are customizable to the extent that you may request items you wish NOT to receive. Please do so upon sign-up if you wish.

Delivery options are as follows:

Greek Village Market (3255 Healy Dr, WSNC): Thursdays between noon and 6pm

Pick-Up at Farm (barn porch, 3835 Bowens Rd, Tobaccoville): Thursdays 3pm-7pm OR Saturdays 9am-noon

Pleasants Provisions (830 W 4th St, WSNC): Thursdays between noon and 6pm

Cobblestone Farmer’s Market(1007 Marshal St. SW): Saturdays 8:30AM to noon

Home Deliveries will occur Thursdays and Fridays. Your day depends on our routing: generally areas

Winston and east occur Thursdays, west of Winston occur Friday.
