Custom Cut Angus Beef.   Most all desired cuts are available on a half beef.   Typically we can have your beef ready within about 6 weeks of purchase.  Once you have made your down payment, Isaac will contact you to set up a call to go over cut requests. 

$6.25 per LB. Typically a half beef of finished weight comes out to 220 to 380 lbs of beef.  Processing fees are usually around $500 for a half.  

Beef is wet aged for 14-18 days, cut to your specifications, cryo sealed and frozen.  Delivery within 20 miles of farm is included.  Farm pickup is an option as well.  Remainder of owed payment is paid by cash or check please.
